I was impressed with the sleep simulator, attention to detail to achieve the right outcome, the range and choices of products that were available. Most importantly I was impressed with the working knowledge and helpfulness of the Dreams assistant (Nina). Nina demonstrated her ability to engage and provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed choice, so excellent social skills.

The salesperson Nina was friendly and approachable, but also extremely professional and knowledgeable in helping us make our choice. The Sleepmatch bed was brilliant, and we were also pleased to discover that we can change the mattress if it proves unsuitable

We had only called in to have a first look at ottoman beds but after being approached by Nina, she was so helpful & knowledgeable about all the different beds available plus had an extremely personable nature that we were so impressed with her customer service that we placed an order for a bed & mattress. We also purchased pillows & a duvet after Nina showed us the Tempur pillows which we were able to try. We were impressed with the sleepmatch bed which helped us to find the right mattress for us. We found that Nina listened to our requirements and guided us eventually to the right mattress within our budget. She is an excellent sales advisor as she encouraged us to buy by being so helpful & informative. She is not like most pushy sales people. Plus we had delicious hot drinks which were very welcome after all the bed hopping. Thanks Nina you are a credit to Dreams.

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams as the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. They listened to our needs and understood what we wanted.

My needs were understood and taken into account. I was served by Ellie and Jo and both were extremely friendly and extremely helpful in helping me to get the right mattress and get it delivered as quickly as possible.

I was extremely happy with my experience because I felt relaxed as soon as I walked through the door. I was greeted by Adam who was extremely helpful and he helped me by asking me to try the biometrics bed to help find my perfect bed. He then asked me what sort of pillow I liked and sprayed it before handing it to me. He showed me round a few beds and then left me to decide with no pressure whilst he made my husband a coffee and got me a glass of water. When I chose my bed but needed more time to think he was more than helpful and understanding and printed off the paperwork for me to take away. The following day everything went smoothly and Adam was happy to answer any of my questions regarding the mattress and within minutes we had bought our mattress with a suitable time for delivery.

The experience was very pleasant, Staff greeted us, Ellie spent alot of time explaining the types of mattresses and helped us choose the best for us. She was absolutely lovely. She guided us and helped us all the way. We were only planning to only buy a replacement mattress but ended up going for a upsized bed, with a new frame and headboard and mattress. The interest free option was the main reason we ended up spending alot more than we had planned. But the processing was very professional. We were offered drinks when greeted and the experience was rememberable. Thank you
