Dreams - Derby

Chelsea made the whole process a delight. She greeted us soon after entering the store but not jumping on us. She asked wat we were looking for. Guided us to the sleep match and discussed results with us. Showed us all the options suggested plus others we might like to look at. We were purchasing two mattresses and she split her time well between us and our daughter. There was no pressure to purchase and she was very friendly and professional.

Me and my girlfriend walked into the store not knowing where to start, and we soon got greeted by a member of staff who guided us on buying the right mattress.

Swift and efficient service throughout our visit

On entering store, approached by friendly staff who were available as and when needed. Left to browse as this is what we asked. When assistance was required Nina was friendly and knowledgable without being too pushy. All our queries were answered politely and efficiently.

John the assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me all the options that were suitable for my needs and gave me plenty of time to make my mind up without me feeling rushed.

Brilliant customer service from Nina. We were greeted on entry to the store and she really looked after us from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable about the products and helped up to find the right bed and mattress. Cannot fault the service we received. Loved the sleep station too which helped us find the right mattress for us. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Nina couldn’t have been more welcoming and attentive to me when I was in store. She really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for and her knowledge and understanding of the mattresses was excellent. She had a great balance between not being too pushy but also knowing when to suggest things that would be important. I came into the store not definite if I was going to make a purchase but due to the way Nina dealt with me, I felt my money was being wisely invested.
