We were greeted at the door and Jo made an effort to understand our needs and what we were looking for. Our sleep profiles were taken promptly and she knew exactly where each product was located making our visit extremely smooth. Advice given was not based on sale value but rather on the best option for us.

The knowledge and friendliness of the staff member who helped us was brilliant. Felt like we could ask her anything and nothing was too much trouble.

Really easy to do business with. Staff were pleasant and really knowledgeable. Also very patient - it took us some time to reach our decision and it wasn't a problem. Chelsea and John were wonderful.

From stepping into the store we was greeted with a friendly welcome and help to 2 confused people who were amazed with the knowledge and expertise the assistant shown to finding us the right mattress. The offering of coffee was the icing to the experience we enjoyed in the store and brought the tempur elite mattress on order number 228A025448, We didn't feel pressurised or get pestered to commit to a sale and enjoyed the well mannered professionalism of the staff member that served us. Thank you for the mattress and experience ,we will think of you everytime we shall sleep on the mattress.

Excellent customer service and the knowledge of the assistant was excellent. Very helpful and made us feel at ease and not pressured into buying. All the questions we had she answered very professional. Fantastic experience by Jo. But next time can we have some biscuits.

I made an appointment for 3pm and I was not kept waiting although there were other customers already in store. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable of the product we were interested in and also had notes on the conversation I had with another member of staff a couple of days prior to appointment. Very easy process and a very considerate sales representative.

Great customer service and used the sleep technology bed the advisor Jo was very knowledgeable and explained everything at each step and explained what the bed was and what benefits they was to each one etc..
