I visited twice, the first time was with my kids and the colleague was understanding and patient and offered me to come back to try the dream machine when I was free without them so I could get a appropriate mattress for myself. She also worked within my budget to find me a combination of items that suited my needs.

Chelsea was lovely from start to finish, Very welcoming, great product knowledge, down to earth and understanding and not too pushy which is what we experienced everywhere else. She listened and informed us brilliantly… and what had so far everywhere else been a tough ride trying to decide what we wanted / needed she turned it round into a pleasant experience where we left knowing everything we needed to. The shop is spacious, and clean and quiet, great selections available. It was just a pleasant experience

This is our first time purchasing a bed and we was unsure what our full need were but Ellie who grated us in store was very helpful in helping us find the right mattress. Overall we had a great experience at Dreams and would highly recommend them to others!

It was a good experience & I was looked after very well by Chelsea. Greeting good & she gave me a drink & my order was placed without a hitch. I would have liked more choice in the middle/lower price bracket for a good spring mattress.
