Dreams - Derby

On arriving to dream I was unsure on what mattress I was in need of or suited me. Even though I had to wait for assistance due to short staff and customers being seen, when it came to being seen the lady seeing to me was very helpful and took time understanding my needs and making sure I left satisfied with my purchase

We were very impressed with the sales assistant Nina in the Meteor centre Derby store. She was friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer all of our queries. Our budget for a mattress was £500 when we entered the store. However Nina was able to show that the quality of superior mattresses was worth the extra. And we agree to the extent that we spent £1782 in you store! Very impressed :)

Our Order No. 228A025635 for a sofa bed was completed satisfactorily by Chelsea who was very helpful.

The knowledgeable sales assistant if I was not retired from my business I would employ her I was very impressed
