Nina was very friendly and knowledgeable

Nina at the Derby store was very helpful, she stayed after her shift had finished to make sure we was happy with what we had ordered . She wasn’t pushy with anything . She was very knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble , she explained all the insurances to us , and guarantees , all the information we required was emailed to me within an hour of leaving the store .

Customer service was excellent, ability to answer all questions, offer advice & give recommendations.

Brilliant customer service from the minute we entered the store. The colleague listened to our needs and also advised us on what would be best. Also gave personal experience. Was not pushy, just very attentive.

Nina at the Derby store was extremely attentive and patient while we tried out a variety of mattresses. She was very knowledgable and was able to guide us into the right purchase.

The young lady Ellie was very helpful. Even though we didnt choose the most expensive matresses. She was still very pleased to give us plenty of help in a none invasive way.

We were assisted fantastically by Nina throughout our visit, we were looking for new beds & mattresses for a family of 4 so was a fairly long visit. It was busy in store the day we visited but we never felt rushed, Nina was patient, knowledgeable, made sure we knew all the options available but never pushy.

Had exactly what I wanted .then spotted bedside table and bought that as well.
