Staff member was really helpful. She listened to us and took time to answer our questions. Although the store was busy we didn't feel rushed.

From walking in the door at dreams Derby meteor centre a guy called Adam introduced himself clearly explaining he wasn’t going to hassle us and explained everything we needed to know after asking what we were looking for. After showing us the simulator for sleep patterns he showed us what the simulation results guided us to he then left us to decide, his manners were first class very jovial, very clear, product knowledge was second to none I wish other stores had more people like him it was a pleasure to be served by someone that cares about his customer we were very happy with our experience in the store

Sales assistant Ellie took good care of us, and was very professional.

First time shopping at dreams really liked the service staff (Nina & Adam) are very professional and helped me to find the right bed and matress .

Charlotte was very friendly,and efficient. Her product knowledge helped me immensely to find the correct mattress for my needs. Because I am often in a lot of pain I thought that a soft mattress I could just sink into would be the best to buy. However after having been assessed on the machine and being advised by Charlotte I have hopefully found the correct mattress to give me the comfort and support l need.
