Dreams - Derby

Our assistant Jo was very helpful in aiding us to choose our new mattress. We were impressed with her product knowledge and the speed with which she processed the order.

The use of the sleepmatch machine was enjoyable, as this offered guidance on which mattress's I should be looking into (which thankfully aligned with my expectations). Little touches like providing the use of a pillow, whilst testing beds out was a nice feature that I hadn't considered when I set out for my mattress quest. The staff were very accepting of my limited ability to take anything with me (as I walked in), and even allowed me to store my backpack temporarily whilst I tried out the beds.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because tge staff were extremely helpful and had a brilliant understanding of the products and which ones would suit me and my budget.

I told Jo the problems I have with my back and that I was looking to invest in a proper mattress as my current one was just a quick purchase at the time and so I wanted my new one to be something that was going to support me properly and have the longevity I need it for. Jo was honestly really helpful and explained the different types of springs and why she was making her particular recommendations and had great product knowledge. I used the machine and again her recommendations matched the report that came from the machine. Jo also did her best to keep the cost as low as possible as I did not have a huge budget and I genuinely felt that this wasn’t a tactical selling point but because she was genuinely trying to help me keep the costs down. I went in the store with the intentions of just testing out some mattresses and then buying online and ended up walking out having bought my new mattress along with new pillows, mattress protector plus add ons. It didn’t feel impulsive and I’m really glad I went in as I don’t think I would have been able to replicate the quality of service by just buying online and I feel more confident in my purchase and that it will be suitable to my needs.

When we walked into the shop in Derby, Joanne acknowledged us but gave us time to browse being coming over. She kept her distance and wore a mask the whole time. She was open and honest with what mattress she thought would be best, instead of selling the most expensive mattress she gave us a range to try with a pillow so we knew which one was best. She offered us a drink when we sat down which was great as I just finished work. Couldn’t ask for a better person to help us. Really friendly and chatty. Definitely knew what she was selling, could tell she had experience working at Dreams.

We were assisted to find an adjustable bed that met our requirements by John. He listened carefully to what we needed and showed us all the available options for a bed and a suitable mattress We were given as much time as we needed to test the items and not rushed into making any decisions.

Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products.

Nina at the Derby store was very helpful. She was so knowledgable about the products and very friendly. We were impressed with the technology that helped us decide which mattress was best for us.

Prompt, courteous service from entering the store. Assistant seemed very knowledgeable about products. Wide range of options. Approx 3 weeks delivery - very good. If the product proves as good as the service, I shall be more than satisfied. Can't wait for a good night's sleep.
