Dreams - Derby

Dealt with John at the Derby store. He was very aware my wife had been shielding during pandemic and was conscious i making her visit as stress free as possible. He had substantial knowledge of the products and explained each product for sale clearly. He understood our needs. My wife suffers authritis and hippo problems and was considerate and gave ample time to assess the best options for us leaving us alone to discuss and experience the product. This was a massive contrast to our visit at the Nottingham store at Castle Marina which left us less than impressed t say the least. So we we were pleased we pursued the matter and went to you other store at Derby.

The staff were very friendly and informative and as a single parent with my child with me they even offered to bring my mattress out to my car for me which I thought was very professional

John was knowledgeable, very helpful and professional

I believe his name was John store manager -- He could not have done more for us he was busy with another customer but made time to come and apologise for keeping us waiting. We were happy looking around and pleased to go on the bed monitoring !! which he organised . All in all a very pleasant time buying a mattress which then became a bed plus pillows and topper. Just hope sleeping on it will be as good. John also had a lovely sense of humour.

Very polite,friendly and knowledgeable assistant (Chelsea). At no time did we feel pressured with choices or decisions and nothing seemed too much trouble. There is a good range of products and despite not being to accommodate our preferred delivery time, the alternative date given is more than acceptable considering the present "climate" we are in.

Nina and Adam (visited on consecutive days) spent a lot of time explaining the products on offer and doing their best to find the most suitable one for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and we were offered drinks while we pondered. They both obviously knew the technicalities of all the options on offer. They were both happy and relaxed and enjoyed their job.

I had seen the bed I liked on line, on visiting the shop to see it , the man who came to assist me was very helpful and informative, also showing me mattresses. Then when I ordered on the phone later, the lady who answered and processed my order was very friendly and most helpful.

Great customer service, tailored to our needs

I visited the store a couple of times before making my purchase. On every visit, the staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing or any ‘hard sell’.
