Excellent service and excellent product

The service was first class from entering the store. Having stated our need and problem (back problems) we were advised what product the assistant felt would answer the problem; given time to look at the alternatives without being pressurised in any way and dealt with in a friendly and effective way once we had mad a decision.

WE HAD DONE OUR HOMEWORK PRIOR TO VISITING THE STORE SO WE KNEW WHAT TYPE OF MATTRESS WE WANTED. THE STORE WAS VERY WELL ORGANISED WITH DIFFERENT COLOURED PILLOWS TELLING WHAT TYPE OF BED/MATTRESS THEY WERE. WHICH NARROWED IT DOWN CONSIDERABLY. ADAM WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHO THEN NARROWED IT DOWN FURTHER, WHICH MEANT WE HAD ONLY 4 MATTRESSES TO TRY

I was given plenty of time to try out as many beds as I liked, I was given advice on the different qualities of the beds I was also offered a drink whilst looking at the beds, altogether made very welcome.

the service was excellent we saw what we wanted on your website so when we got to the store we were in and out within 20 minuets we have bought quite a few things from dreams before and the service was the same every time excellent

helpful staff - Adam took the time to explain how the wide choice of products were displayed then left me to make my choice without being pushy

They asked what you where looking for for listened then explained all about the products you could not fault the detail they went into they where very thorough and even ofeted me a drink .
