The sales assistant Tina was extremely easy to talk with and she was very knowledgable about the product. At no time did we feel any pressure to purchase and we were treated with the utmost courtesy and friendliness. Once we had made our decision to purchase, the payment and ordering process went as smooth as clockwork. The Dreams showroom was well laid out and very clean and well presented. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

A few years ago I walked out of this store due to the poor customer service and rudeness of the member of staff. It was with reluctance that I returned to the store yesterday with my husband but he was keen to go because of the service he had received a few months ago when browsing for mattresses. I have to say that the 'meet and greet' and the customer service that followed by all 3 members of staff: Stewart, Tina and Claire was excellent. So much so that we bought a mattress and to be honest spent a bit more than we had initially intended.

The mattress I wanted is discontinued, they had one in store and were very helpful with the price and arranging transport as I am out of the area.

We were offered assistance within a few minutes of being in the store. The salesman was helpful without being pushy. He offered us a drink instantly even though we were just inquiring which isn't something we have received in any other furniture store (and this is all we are doing at the moment). He offered us pillows to ensure we were comfy as we were trying the beds and then left us to discuss between ourselves which we appreciated. The store was busy and he was dealing with other clients but we didn't feel delayed, it was actually good to have the time to make a decision. He was very friendly and personable. If I feel a salesperson is pushing me to make a decision or a purchase, I walk out regardless of how much I like the product. This was a very relaxed purchase which is what we needed given the amount we spent on the bed (over our planned budget considerably).

I arrived at dreams on the Saturday of the weekend of purchase with my mother, a kind young man (who worked there) came over and gave us plenty of information about the beds I was looking at, he was kind and honest and was very attentive. He gave me a quote of a few beds to take home with me as I had to consult with my boyfriend, I said I was coming back the next day, I did. On the Sunday the same man came over to me and my boyfriend and helped us both. We decided we wanted a different bed to the ones he quoted us for and immediately got a quote for us. We spent quite a while with him and eventually purchased this bed, he was very kind helping us find what we needed- (pillows, matress protecter) and eventually made the purchase. I can't fault what service he gave us and needs a promotion.

The layout of the store and the clearly identifiable signage assisted with understanding the mattresses which were specific to the type I wished to select from (pocket sprung). There was a good selection, very helpful assistance in understanding the options and finding a suitable mattress to meet my requirements and budget. It was a very comfortable, non-pressured atmosphere, with great, helpful and approachable assistance and we were kindly provided with a hot drink while we perused the various mattresses available. The staff were very helpful, friendly and made the process very easy and an enjoyable experience.

Staff member Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable without being intrusive. He explained the colour coding system but left us in peace to choose our mattress. He was easily available to answer our queries before we completed the purchase. We were also pleased with the 'gift' of two pillows.
