Very friendly service

Great assistance, very friendly employee, great elegant products, store was well kept (cleanliness), the bed set we bought is amazing, cozy but not too warm, soft and comfortable perfect for any season - great rustic style. We cannot wait to buy the Brussels double bed next!

The sales assistant

When we entered the store we were greeted warmly and offered refreshments. We were asked what we wanted and the colleague explained to us all the different colour codes for mattresses. We were then left to make our choice and the colleague responded immediately when we had. A very cheerful and confident colleague.

I was very happy with the help received from Adam in the store and very pleased with how the bed was delivered and the friendliness and helpfulness of the delivery drivers. The only issue I have with Dreams is a very unhelpful contact I had with Tina Little when I called the store to follow-up on my delivery as I had not been contacted between 8.30am and 10.30am on the delivery day as promised. She accused me of being rude and told the driver I was 'going nuts'. I'm not sure exactly what she meant by that, it is not the sort of phrase I would expect an assistant manager to use, but I consider that to be very rude of her - I was being polite and simply wanting to understand if my bed would be delivered and when as I had not been contacted as agreed. She was very unprofessional and this would make it highly unlikely that I would use the Derby store again unfortunately which is a shame as the other contacts have been very positive.

Every question was answered as I was pretty clueless about modern beds. Big help.

Myself and husband walked round shop, looking at our leisure, without sales assistant bothering us, which was good. when we were ready we looked for a sales assistant and Tina came over straight away, you could tell Tina was on the ball keeping her distance but also aware we were there without following us around and also being there so quick when we needed her her help. Tina was really helpful, friendly, it was a joy to shop.

Served by Adam, who was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Didn't notice cleanliness of store - but would have done if it hadn't been OK. Loads of choice, adequate information. Happy customer.

I was made very welcome in the store and enjoyed your no nonsense approach. Your staff are very polite and obviously value the customer. Having purchased from Dreams in the past I didn't even both shopping around. Thanks once again Dreams.
