Customer service these days has vastly improved across the board. But there's some that just have it, from the welcoming smile to the warm approach Tina by far wins hands down. The personal touch makes you feel like you've always known her, she fills the space around her with positive vibes that instantly rubs off on you. After trying several mattresses we found 'the one'. Tina made the whole experience effortless and an actual giggle rather than the monotone affair you normally endure. After drawing you in leaving you wanting more the whole process is over. It's easy, fun and makes you want to come back.

Just very helpful attentive and ice to deal with

The sales assistant was extremely polite and extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me a specific delivery date and told me that Dreams could remove the old bed the same day which I found extremely helpful.

Jo, a trainee, was excellently supported by Stuart who let her do as much with us as possible. We were encouraged to try out several different beds/mattresses and since I am heavy this was very important. We felt that the two staff were keen to find something which suited us as well as (obviously) to make a sale. Well done!
