Dreams - Derby

We were greeted by Katy who joined us in a tour of the store, assisting us as we moved along, but then Stuart took her place offering an explanation as to why. We then made our own way around the store until we found the product we were looking for - simple really !!

Because whatever I asked about Stuart was always present and patient, we also had a good laugh. Since our last visit to dreams the only welcome change is being asked if we would like tea or coffee. On a cold day that is very welcome. Thanks to you all for a great service and staff you can have a laugh with..Well done..

I found the experience shopping in your store really relaxung one of your sraff came and asked us uf they could help us bu was not pishy and once we had said what we were looking for and he had shown us our options left us to look on our own but was around for advice if needed. Ali who seeved us was very nice and could not do enough for us would definately shop at dreams again. You should be very oroud of your staff at this shop they were all very friendky and we wven got a cup if coffee well done
