Very impressed with both the sales advisor and the sales manager both of which were incredibly helpful and also gave us time to browse at our leisure. It was a positive buying experience and when it came down to the pricing of the product I challenged them and asked for further discount. They were not dismissive and we agreed what I felt was a fair and reasonable deal based on what we purchased. I would recommend Dreams based on my experience. Well done!!!

From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome. Stuart came to help us and he was very knowledgeable and made the purchase very easy.

Really helpful sales lady, not pushy or rushed. answered lots of my concerns and queries clearly. Her help very appreciated.

Very helpful staff allowed us time to walk round the store first and then came over to advise. Good knowledge and understanding of the products and picked out items that would suit our needs.

We provided the sales assistant with our requirements after which she directed us to all the available options giving advice along the way. When we had made our final selection the lady gave us several priced options for us to choose from with varying styles and colour schemes. The sales lady that served us was called "Tina" and she could not have been more helpful. From a shopping experience both my wife and I remarked how her professionalism stood out.

Adam the store assistant was extremely helpfull. He gave us the time we need to browse and checked in with us without leaving us feeling pressured. This is the second time we have brought a bed and the service is also seconded to non.

We were looking to replace a mattress that was 12 years old, my wife and I were set on going to Bensons and Dreams arriving at Dreams first we were both spinning with the choices but we knew what we were looking for when we were approached by Tina who asked if she could help, and without over assertiveness she explained what all the labels and reference points were on each of the matterress. We thought that Sealy was our favourite choice but Tina made sure we understood the different types available, then left us with the "Call me if you require further help."
