Dreams - Derby

My partner and I we're looking for a new bed with some urgency due to ours breaking while moving house. The staff we're helpful, greeting us and asking us if we needed help, due to our budget the salesman suggested some clearance items and sale beds. The salesman showed good sales knowledge while discussing the prices and models of divans and the price range for draws against ottomans. When we settled on a bed he showed us some clearance mattresses and gave us a great deal he was approachable, friendly and very helpful and the delivery date is the same week so super fast I would definitely recommend this store and the company to friends and family in the future.

The moment i walked in i was greeted with a smile and offer of any help if needed. Katy knowledge was second to non and she was very helpful and answered all my questions I had to ask.

Assistant was readily available to help. He was familiar with all the advantages & disadvantages of the products available. He was pleasant to deal with.

Adam, the sales associate was extremely knowlegable in his products, and was a very likeable person to deal with - extremely helpful when needed, but also knew how to withdraw and let us have time to consider what were our best options, and when we had decided he was very helpful in finalising the sale, explaining all options open to us, certainly a pleasure to deal with. The store itself was extremely well laid out, and after the colour coding on the beds was explained, it was easy to navigate, at no time was any pressure to put on us to make a decision. I would rate this as one of the best buying experiences we have had in a long time, and the coffee was great! Thank you Dreams Meteor Centre, Derby.

My partner and I are in the process of buying our first home and really wanted a new bed for extra storage and a good quality matress as I have suffered lower lumbar issues since an accident at work, we went into dreams in Derby to take a look at what was to offer as my sister recommended this store for being so helpful and friendly. When we arrived Stuart took his time to understand our needs and show us around at what was best suited and left us with a lovely hot drink while we talked through our options, we didn't buy on our first visit due to needing to work out our monthly budget but Stuart was understanding. We returned a week later and made a purchase. Stuart remembered us and took a personal intrest in helping us. I highly recommend Dreams in Derby.

The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable but he was not pushy or overbearing. We were treated very well and we were highly satisfied with all the stages in making our our purchase.
