Products were readily available and I was offered the chance to try the pillow before I bought one. Was also offered a drink of tea or coffee which I wasn't expecting as I wasn't making a large purchase at the store!

We were allowed to peruse the various options at our own pace while being well aware that assistance and advice was available to answer any queries. This avoided the feeling of pressure selling while encouraging us to weigh up the alternatives and ultimately to make the decision to complete the sale.

A pleasant experience with very friendly and knowledgeable staff in a clean and nicely set out store. Katy was most helpful, enabling us to make our decision.

We visited the store in Derby the previous day to our purchase and dealt with Jo who was very helpful even though she was fairly new to the role she was in, we got all the information we needed and returned the next day to make our purchase. On this occasion we dealt with Tina who was very helpful and experienced thus we were able to purchase all the items we wanted with the minimum of fuss, Tina also said she would make sure her colleague Jo would receive equal recognition in the purchase of our items which my wife and I thought was a very kind gesture.

We went to look for a certain bed we'd seen on the internet and found it as soon as we walked in. Jo the assistant came and asked if we needed any help after she'd given us time to look at the product. She was able to give us the dimensions of the bed and then sorted our order very quickly. She also offered us a drink whilst we were deciding on the bed we wanted.
