Adam the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, if it hadn't have been for him we probably would have bought elsewhere, due to the price of the product. didnt like being expected to pay £99 for a 10 year warranty on a £1600 bed!

Katy was very helpful and took the time to repeat the differences in the mattresses for us. She allowed us to take our time without rushing us. She took the time to understand our difficulties and then advise. Excellent

The help we received from the sales person was second to non, she knew the products, her personality was first class and she helped my wife and I chose the bed. This is why over years we keep coming back to Dreams, the staff are first class and we can't fault the products on offer.

Simply everything went smoothly

Adam was excellent from the minute we entered the store. He didn't hassle us but told us exactly what we needed to know then left us to browse. When we needed further help, he was there with the information we needed. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A great asset for your business.

The sales person Adam was their when we needed him but not over powering which i like. He was very helpful and obliging but i did not feel pressured and that is a big plus to me i do not like being pressured. All in all i cannot fault my visit.

The sales assistant was courteous, very helpful, knowledgeable about the products, and explained the various options very clearly. We did not feel pressurised in any way. All our questions were answered to our complete satisfaction.

Tina was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful without putting any pressure to buy on us.
