Nina was highly professional and kind and understanding of our needs, also took the time to explain how each of the mattresses were made and trying out the various mattresses. Nothing was to much trouble and we felt at ease. Thanks.

I came in the store with a budget . Some of the mattresses were out of my budget but I was pointed in the right direction and found something that suited me at the right price . Very happy with my mattress and all the bits that went with it . Will come back again . Thankyou

The Derby team were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Nina, who served me, was excellent. She listened to me and demonstrated the adjustable beds and explained their features clearly and gave me time to make my decision. I left the store with 2 quotes returning two days later to clarify a few points and place my order.

During my visit to the store i was greeted in an appropriate timescale by a very helpful and professional female store colleague called Jo. Jo was very attentive and helpful with her product knowledge, Jo also explained why my first choice of mattress (Hypnos) was not on display instore and showed me an alternative manufacturers mattresses of equal, if not superior quality. Jo's superb product knowledge was very helpful in making my decision to purchase, but more so was |Jo's friendly and helpful manner. Overall, Jo's ability to understand my needs, put me at ease and suggest looking at things i hadn't thought of (pillows and accessories) was what made up my mind to purchase from Jo rather than continue to shop around.
