He was very polite and of great assistance to both me and my mother during our visit, we were asked if we would like any refreshments and he let us be to choose by ourselves without being pushy.

Firstly we were greeted and offered coffee. During this period the salesman identified all of our requirements. He then took time to make us aware of any other products which may have been useful to us. However I do not understand why delivery is free except on Saturdays.
