- we weren't 'pounced on' the minute we walked through the door. - we were left to browse but staff were present and were very friendly when approached - Adam served us within store. He was: friendly and welcoming highly professional very informative provided a great way to navigate the many mattresses! *very important - was not pushy; allowed us the time and space to make our decision without offering unnecessary sales techniques - a great quality. - the staff team appeared to have a great rapport with each other which made the store a nice place to be - Adam had a natural ability to build rapport and has a great sense of humour; never thought buying a mattress could be such a fun experience We have yet to receive our product Adam was incredibly helpful. He was highly informative about the products, welcoming, professional and efficient

My fiancé and I went to just have a look around. We were served by Katy and Stuart in the meteor centre in Derby. They were both very helpful and explained in a lot a detail the difference on all bed/mattresses. We ended up ordering a bed, two side tables, storage box and a mattress. I couldn't thank them enough on the amazing deal and customer service that we received! A+++ on overall experience we received!

Called at Burton ON Trent branch to buy a mattress, unfortunately they did not have it available to take away from the store as it was needed immediately. The sales adviser rang the Derby branch and they had the mattress available, so we went there to collect it.
