Wide range of beds to view and test. Told about colour coding of mattresses on arrival which was very helpful. Left to look around and then staff were very friendly and approachable when we were ready to buy. Staff were knowledgeable and talked us through the whole process.

I was met at the door and welcomed. I was asked what I was interested in. I said a mattress. I was asked what kind I was looking for. My partner and I were then offered a drink which we declined as we had just had one at our previous shop in Sainsburys. I was taken to one, which I did not like and then to one which was idea. Stuart said that was to provide confirmation with what I had suggested. The second one was ideal. Stuart brought me a pillow like the one I have at home to ensure that I was properly comfortable. He then suggested I try a couple of others to confirm my choice. Even the more expensive one was not a good as the one I had previously chosen. Stuart then found the fitted sheets I needed and a mattress cover. He was extremely helpful in sorting out a convenient delivery date and time to suit me. He was really professionally friendly and helpful. Excellent service.

The ease of finding the bed you are looking for and we spent time testing the beds we had chosen and Stuart was very friendly but not pushy at all left us to choose the bed we wanted and let us know just to ask if we needed help even got a cup of tea :)

The assistant Joanne realised that we were a little perplexed over the wide choice on offer and came to our aid with very helpful and pertinent advice. She was also able to offer us a very good deal on a returned bed that would be exactly what we wanted for our spare room.

Stuart offered us coffee hot chocolate. My son had the hot chocolate. I don;t drink either. Price wise it was good but not many choices in my price range so went with the one Stuart recommended. Stuart was very polite yet I felt that he was their with me & my son 99.9% of the time. Sometimes its good to leave the customer & go back. Luckily for me I am bilingual so I used another language. I cannot fault Stuart he was fab

Tina the assistant initially asked if we needed assistance, at that point we were browsing and thinking of going to other stores as we wanted a good price. Tina said if we needed any help she would be available if we needed her, so we were left to browse without pressure, we then found a bed we liked and spoke to Tina who was very helpful and suggested several mattresses and we also purchased a mattress. we also mentioned we were on a budget and were looking at a settee, again Tina assisted and found us a clearance settee and even did a reduction on it. Tina was most helpful and dealt with us very well, especially as this was nearing closing time she made us welcome and even provided drinks.

Good choice of products that allowed us to find something to meet our needs. Helpful staff, that were not pushy, but clearly knowledgeable. Reasonable value. Flexibility with respect to delivery date & reasonable charges fro disposal.

The customer service was fantastic, Katy could not do enough to help us, noting was too much trouble. All round a stress and hassle free experience.
