We had called into the store a few days previously and Adam had been very helpful then. He explained what was available in line with our requirements without being at all pushy. When I returned to the store today to make the purchase he was very helpful again, patient, courteous and competent, arranging the delivery to suit me (which was not at all straight forward). Thank you very much Adam!

We discussed our requirements for a new mattress with Adam who explained all the options and pointed us to the colour coded display. We tried a number of mattresses and spoke to Adam for his advice before selecting what we think will be the correct product for us. We were offered a coffee while we finally made up our minds, a pleasant change from pushy sales techniques. Decision made, the purchase was completed and a delivery date agreed.

staff where very knowledgeable and helpful friendly left to browse but where there when needed offered coffee. store well laid out and clean.
