We were given a very good description of products and then left alone to look and try the products. After deciding what bed and mattress we wanted the staff dealt with our order quickly and professionally. The overall experience was very satisfying.

The attentiveness of the Dreams Colleague (Jo Ball) was outstanding she considered our every need in the purchase of our bedding requirement and even assisted us in taking available, on the day, items to our vehicle.

The store advisor was very knowledgeable. He was both very friendly and professional in his approach. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for him. We got the impression that he was not trying to sell anything but to make sure that we were choosing the best mattress for us. In the end we may have spent more money than we originally intended but left feeling that we bought the right product. Seems like a win-win for both of us!
