Dreams - Derby

As we walked in the store, the overall appearance of the shop was open, spacious, well laid out & clean (I was impressed that they had a lift to the upper floor) as people often need require this facility. The staff offered help as soon as we walked in, told what we wanted to know, then left us in peace, the colour coding in the pillows (etc) for firmness of mattress was explained, this I thought was a fantastic idea. Adam the assistant was the best assistant I have had in a shop for many a year, he did the paper work of the sale, but I must say all the assistants were 1st class in the store.

The salesperson was (Tina) was very knowledgeable and was able to give an excellent description of different products available. A good asset to the team. We had the option of viewing many products and were able to purchase the one that suited our needs.

Very efficient service from Stuart and Tina without being over pushy. They obviously knew the whole product range and were very professional.

Katy and Stuart at Dreams in Derby were excellent. There were helpful and knowledgeable. I was unable to make payment oner the phone due to change of address and company policy but they looked into the matter and found and agreeable solution. I was pleased with there approach to resolving the issue and they were helpful and polite throughout. Well done.

Good quick service ,and good product knowledge

Polite, professional member of staff who asked me if I needed help. Told me of the range of products available and comparison pricing. Explained the types of springing available in the different mattresses. Friendly and helpful throughout

On arrival at your derby store me and my wife was approached by Katie Elaine who was very courteous, directed us to what we were looking for and explained in detail, we are currently waiting for a completion date and didn't intend to buy on the day, but was given assurance and confidenence from Katie, Katie was professional and friendly and was really easy to buy from her.

Shop assistant Joanne was very polite and helpful.

All the staff were welcoming, we were assisted by Tina, who was knowledgeable and very helpful. We were given plenty of time to try the beds, we did not feel rushed. They moved a mattress onto a different base for us, so we could feel the difference between a sprung and solid divan.
