Katy was not pushy but was there to make me feel like I was being attended to but left me to make my own decisions and very clearly explained options without pushy sales talk which I hate.

Adam was excellent and gave my wife and I all the information we needed and the time to make our mind up, we never felt under any pressure. That was the most important thing Adam did, he is a very professional salesman.

When we first entered the store we were greeted by a gentleman and asked if we would like anything to drink, he even offered out son some juice which I thought was very considerate, we looked around and soon found a bed we liked, a lady named Jo came over and asked if she could be of any help, she showed us the different mattresses for the bed we had chose and told us the price of each, after making our mind up she took us over to order the bed and mattress, she asked her colleague to if he could assist us as she was finishing her shift and had to collect her daughter, while he was putting the details of the products into the computer we over heard Jo making a phone call and arranged for someone to collect her child so she could finish our order as the people her colleague was assisting were now ready to order there bed, we got it all ordered and even got extra discount as the bed and mattress were cheaper than we had thought, both members of staff were fantastic and couldn't of helped more

All staff very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Jo was particularly patient and went above and beyond to help me!

The lady who assisted me called Jo (validated code 228) was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with our request. Jo provided an excellent customer experience which seems to be lacking in a lot of places unfortunately. Since leaving the store, I have recommended to my mother to visit Dreams as she too is looking to replace her bed and mattress.

Tina the sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful in selecting the right bed for us. No pressure sell and the choice was excellent. Highly recommended.

Tina who helped my father choose the most appropriate bed for his and my mother's needs ,nothing was too much trouble having not purchased mattress for a few years.
