Stuart is very knowledgeable and was great to deal with someone who doesn't push you in to buying things. Some stores you go in they follow you around. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Tina was very passionate about the hand made mattress brand flaxby (we went for nature's finest 4500 K mattress CG5) because of the product knowledge we were given.

Great atmosphere in the store. The staff obviously all got on and that makes a for a nice shopping experience. The only downside was the lack of variety of beds....

The layout was user friendly, the colour coding made understanding what we were looking at simple. The staff were knowledgeable, attentive without being overbearing and helpful with all our questions and requests.
