Dreams - Derby

When originally looking round dream I was asked if I need assistance and was helped where need and then left to wonder round the shop without feeling hassled by the staff. In addition when help was need the staff member we spoke to, Tina, was very help answered all out questions and help to measure out the products we were looking at.

Adam at the Derby Meteor Centre store was extremely helpful. He made the effort to understand what our requirements were and wasn't pushy at all. We were offered drinks and left to test out the beds. Adam offered assistance when required with any queries we had. He gave us an extremely competitive quote and after careful consideration we decided to proceed with our sale. We would like to thank Adam for his exceptional customer service and making the bed buying process as easy as possible.

The advisor Tina approached me and asked if I required assistance. I handed her my phone because I was looking for something specific which she pointed out to me straight away. I also ended up purchasing a duvet cover whilst in store following on from her advice

We were very impressed on entering your store we were greeted by a smiling face and friendly staff we were made to feel welcome and asked if we needed any assistance. One of the staff explained about the colour system on the beds and then left us to look round, it was a calm and pleasurable experience unlike other bed stores we had been to. When we had decided on the bed we wanted we went to find the lady we had first spoken to, who introduce herself as Tina she was very helpful and friendly and took us through the process of purchasing the bed with ease. The time we were there was very calm and relax with no pressures . My husband commented that it would definitely be a ten from Len!

This is the second bed purchase I have made from Dreams. The first in Bedford. The second in Derby. The assistant Tina was brilliant at catering to what I was looking for and helping me with the products. She was informative and very polite/courteous.

My brother and I went to try and source a bed for him. We didnt go with the intention of buying, just to gather information, price, quality, choice etc. We wanted to then visit other stores to price match etc. We didnt leave the shop. We saw, we purchased, with the help of a wonderful lady called Tina. She firstly asked if we wanted a drink, very much appreciated. She then told us all about the bed we were looking at. She helped us choose a headboard to go with the bed. Why would we leave the shop and go anywhere else. Tina's knowledge, professionalism, help and indeed smiles won us over. Tina took us all though the order and buying process, explaining everything step by step, and offering us more drinks! Suffice to say, perfect customer buying experience. Thanks Tina
