The employees were really helpful. I was really impressed with the sleep match technology that was available for me. It was nice and easy to choose what I was looking for as they had a number of options available. Everything was easy and straightforward forward when it came to placing the order.

I was attended to promptly and the assistant had an extremely high level of knowledge about her products. Nothing was too much trouble and she took the time to explain all of the options and offers, picking out the best products to meet my requirements. I have never experienced such a high level of customer service. Other companies would do well to learn from the service provided by Dreams.

The "Sleep Expert", Chelsea at Dreams in Derby, unit 4 Meteor Retail Park, was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We asked for detailed information about several options and Chelsea managed our demands exceptionally well.

The service we received from Nina was brilliant. Her knowledge of products was also fantastic. We didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying anything either.
