Dreams - Derby

Buying a bed/mattress is not cheap if you want good quality and I really appreciated the time that the assistant Jo took to help me understand the difference between the bases/mattresses as I had lots of questions, after setting on a divan the range of products was really good with variety of different types of mattresses and bases all set out to see/try, I found it useful to see the different base colours available. I also purchased a headboard to match my divan base - not lots of variety on headboards but there was certainly something suitable to choose from the ones they did have. I didn't feel hurried (which was nice) and changed my mind a couple of times from what I thought I wanted and Jo was very patient in answering questions and directing me to alternatives that she thought suitable.... I would use Dreams (Derby) again and would recommend. I hadn't done any research on costs before going but felt they were very fair and competitively priced especially after speaking to friends and comparing to beds/mattresses they had purchased.

The assistance we were given was exceptional and product knowledge gave us options we did not consider and made decision on what buy the best possible for us

My partner and I went to Dreams to get a new bed and mattress and possibly some bed side furniture. We were greeted by Tina who was friendly and helpful. We explained what we were interested in and she said she was happy to help. We chose our bed and Tina advised we could et 3 for 2 on the furniture, which was a nice surprise. We did not know what type of mattress we needed so Tina showed us the area where we could try them out and explained the different types to us. Once we were ready Tina made us both a cup of tea and talked us through the purchase. She had great rapport with us and we had a great laugh whilst the transaction was going through. We had never shopped in dreams before, never actaully bought a new bed at all but when the time comes to purchase a bed again we would definitely use Dreams again, especially if all the staff are as friendly and helpful as Tina was.

We were allowed to look around the shop on our own time and see what was on offer. We were approached by Tina after about 10 minutes, which allowed us to see what we liked and then talk to someone about our options and what we could do with our budget. Tina was very friendly, offering advice on what would suit our needs and budget best. We also had friendly conversation with the other staff in the shop and felt very welcome. Compared to the other bed shop we went in Dreams, and Tina specifically, were not at all pushy and made us feel welcome to leave and shop around before making such a big purchase. We also got great value as there was a big sale and an extra 10% off as well. Overall, a very productive visit for us!
