Dreams - Derby

The sales assistant was able to tell us all the pros and cons of various mattresses and listened to our own requirements in order to be able to offer us various options on mattresses & frames.

I went to Derby Dreams to order a new Dreams bed having slept on my last Dreams bed for many years in great comfort... and having finally persuaded my husband that we needed to replace it! Stuart was very helpful, knew all I needed him to know about pocket springing etc to be able to answer all my questions. He gave me plenty of time to assess which would be the right bed (mattress only), didn't rush me at all. He then sorted out the purchase and delivery (very important!) and collection of our existing mattress with consumate ease...he made it all feel stress free and very straightforward, for which I am very grateful.

Believe you me , your salesman that we delt with were very professional. Not pushy and not overpowering. But as soon as you requested their assistance, just like a Genie they where there. That's the exact reason I purchased my bed. Only a week before my husband and me visited Benson's for Beds. NO SALE. Very pushy, rude and I was left feeling like I was being pushed into buying a second hand car. So thankyou to YOUR sales team, Absolutely spot in. 👍

Having finally persuaded my husband that we needed to replace the Dreams bed we have so comfortably slept on for (too) many years I went to the store with lots of questions. Stuart Brickley, who served me, gave me plenty of time, he really knew his stuff, was able to answer all my questions. When I'd made my decision it was also great that the ordering/ arranging for delivery was speedy and straightforward. Many thanks.

Friendly approach from Tina who asked us could she assist us. She was very informative and offered us refreshments whilst we placed our order.

Not sure what we wanted , but the gentleman what came to help us ,gave his advice and knowledge which was really helpful. He then let's us go round the store to look and talk over the price. We then went back to see him to place the order .

Looking for a cheap headboard for a kingsize bed and we were told to look at the clearance items where we immediately found exactly what we needed.Thank you Katy.

As this was our third mattress we knew what we wanted but was still treated with the same professionalism as on our previous visits and with the same friendly staff as before we commented that there are many stores that could take a lesson from your store and would be very happy to tell others about Dreams for the whole package you provide.
