customer service from tina and katy was amazing. we had a bit of difficulty with the delivery of pillows and a fitted sheet but they offered to drop it off at our house as she was visiting family in the area . as a result me and my partner would highly recommend dreams in derby .

The member of staff who initially spoke to us ended up closing the sale to the tune of over £3,000. The whole experience was down to her attention to us. We were only browsing and had no intention to buy that day, (yesterday) as we were only researching and next call due was on Bensons just across the carpark. Her product knowledge was comprehensive and she used it adaptively to our specific needs/requirements. She listened attentively to us, and in turn we ended up listening to her and she spent our money with you! Thus all competitors, e.g. Bensons, Cosco etc were not consulted.

we were happy as when we walked in the store an assistant came and asked if we needed assistance explained what was what in the store and let us walk around and browse but was readily available when we needed help
