We went in looking for a new mattress Tina asked what we wanted gave us a very professional service told us about each of the products in detail made us a drink and showed us all the different mattress and left us to try them she is a credit to the store I wish more people were like her We choose the mattress and paid in full and now waiting for delivery

Upon entering the store we were greeted warmly by the manager Stuart, he asked us about our needs and then offered us a drink. Stuart explained in detail and we also spoke to Andy who was also warm, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Our small daughter was catered for which made our experience in store very enjoyable. All staff were friendly and the customer service was exceptional! We drove some distance to go to this store and it was worth it. I can't recommend them enough, we left having purchased a frame, mattress and pillows and also raving about how wonderful the service and overall experience had been. A huge thank you to the Derby team.
