We were approached almost immediately by Adam felt very at ease left us to browse. Then we went through all the details about the beds. He was excellent sorted out everything for us linked in other items we hadn't thought about overall very good experience.

Katy-Elaine was excellent she explained all the products in detail and then gave us time to make our decision offer support when needed.

Sales assistants were cheerful and helpful but not pushy. They listened to our requirements and did not try to sell us products we did not want. They understood the products well. The shop had a good selection to choose from.

Made to feel very welcome when entering store but didn't feel sales pressure like other stores. Adam explained the colour codes on the mattresses which made choosing easier as we could elimate ones straight away.

The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Katy-Elaine was very knowledgeable of all the products and understood the fine detail of each bed, which allowed us to make a decision very easily. We was offered a cup of tea from Katy which was a lovely touch. Katy was not pushy and allowed us to try out each bed in our own time. She is a credit to your company.
