Katy, who was a very helpful assistant, was knowledgable, friendly and very patient. She assisted us to choose the bed and mattress which would be best for our needs.

Staff were friendly approachable- offering assistance without being overbearing. when discussing requirements were happy to offer relevant advice

We were approached shortly after arriving in store. The assistant, Katy, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She explained the colour system and left us to browse but was close by when we needed assistance. She sorted out our order, suggested pillows and arranged delivery. The whole experience was very relaxed, friendly and efficient.

When we arrived at the store to have a general look around we were greeted by a sales assistant but we weren't pestered by the sales assistant and we were allowed to browse at ease. When we had made our choice the sales assistant was available to answer our queries and give advice.

We went in knowing what we thought we wanted but adam gave us all the information we needed to make a final decision we came away very happy with service and price. We would of liked delivery to be sooner cause sleeping on mattress on the floor but as bed we want are made to order this couldn't be helped

We came into dreams having never bought a bed before, but all the staff we spoke to were very helpful. The prices were transparent and we never felt like we were getting ripped off.

Adam was fantastic. He had great product knowledge but was not 'pushy' in the least.
