The store assistant Katy-Elaine was very impressive. She had excellent knowledge of all the products and we found the mattress we were looking for very quickly thanks to her guidance. She was very professional and friendly, and very efficient when going through the ordering/payment process. She is a credit to your store.

Stuart was on the telephone when we arrived helping another customer. He apologised for not being able to greet us. He then offered us a drink. He was very helpful giving very good advice. Not at all pushy just very helpful.

Friendly, knowlegeable staff who did not pressure us into buying. We were given ample time to try the bed, mattress and pillows. Highly recommended, thankyou so much

The sales assistant Ali was excellent, he gave us the information we needed, then gave us the space to browse and choose the products we wanted. The layout of the store, in terms of the colour coding of products was excellent, it made it really easy to make our choice.

Excellent customer service. The staff were happy to help, friendly and most importantly: not pushy. They took time to understand the customer and offer them what would be right for us, rather than just trying to sell us the highest priced item. The store we went to was near to 4 other bed related retailers and dreams were best for price by far.

The first assistant I approached was completely honest and explained he was unable to help me regarding my questions about the spec of the Tv's with the tv beds and passed me o to a colleague who had more knowledge on the subject which helped me decide which tv would be more suitable for me. Your staff are patient, listen to what the customer wants, there is no pushy sales talk and I felt that I could take my time to consider my options and what's best for me before commiting to a purchase. A credit to you store .
