The store assistant Tina was amazing very polite no pestering which would have put me of a sale straight away. Offered refeshments to my partner and my 4 year old. Answered all my questions straight away. Excellent customer service I was going to look round other shops but I decided that due to the products and he great service I received I purchased from Dreams. I will make sure if and when I need new bed I will make Drams my first call. I usually am a spend £100 on a mattress kind of man but decided to look into a better bed to aid sleep and support body whilst sleeping. This experience helped me decide it was the right thing to do and I am very happy I did. Excellent

The time that the Sales Assistant (Tina at Derby) gave to us. Nothing was too much trouble and we were taking an age to make decisions. Although things were helped by a nice cup of coffee and hot chocolate. Tina made us feel like our order was valued and she certainly worked hard to get us the best deal. All of this at about 5:00pm on a Friday !!

Tina was a wonderful sales person, she introduced herself and explained how the store is laid out, and then left us to look around without hovering over us. This made it a much more relaxing experience than we have had in other stores and made it easier to make a decision on a bed. She was very honest and down to earth when we asked questions, and explained things very well. The bonus offer of coffee and hot chocolate was a great addition!

Greeted by a pleasant young man Stuart who was helpful from start to finish. EVEN CARRIED SOME ITEMS OUT TO OUR CAR.

I am a repeat customer to the Derby store and have previously made purchases from Adam and the tem at the store.. Adam is extremely polite and approachable and has the can do attitude and is totally in tune with our needs and produces the correct product to our satisfaction. Adam is a great assett to your business and would definitely trust his opinion and professionalism again...I have already recommended family and friends to him .
