Adam was exceptionally polite and businesslike. He had full knowledge of the product that he was selling me. He went out of his way to show me different mattresses and bedframes. Nina was very professional and friendly, knew the products inside out and quickly understood our needs.

I went in looking for a mattress and did the sleep monitor assessment which was great to have something personalised. I then was recommended mattresses from this. I was able to test out all of the mattresses and shown alternatives. When I placed my order the colleagues were very helpful.

We was made to feel very welcome Chelsea in store was amazing she took us to try the sleep match to find our perfect match and showed us the mattresses which suited us , we were offered a coffee whilst we sorted out the purchase we would definitely be recommending to family and friends

The salesman. Normally we wouldn’t engage with stores salesman and my wife would run a mile, but Adam was really down to Earth, friendly and knowledgable without being overly pushy. Had it been someone else we probably would have left the store without buying anything
