Dreams - Derby

Was very impressed with the customer service from all the staff at the derby store. All were kind and helpful. We brought a bed with Katy's assisants and she was very understanding and really helpful without all the pressure that sales people can bring. Tho the bed i wanted was out of stock, (was very dissapointed by this) Katy and Tina both help us get a good deal on another one so can not complain about it. So thank you for making our bed purchase easy, we will defaintly return and recommend. Melissa

Tina, Dreams sales Manager, was very friendly and gave very good advise. nothing was too much trouble for her, she is very good at her job. Tina made the overall experience of buying a new mattress an enjoyable one. She clearly has very good knowledge of this area of retail and I believe because of her we have got the best type of bed for us. Thank you Tina

Went in store to pay the balance of my bed and find out when i would be able to order my daughter's bed (it was out of stock completely last time i went into store and i was told it would take 6-10 weeks for it to be ready). The bed that my daughter had seen and fallen in love with (display stock) had actually gone on sale that day, and so i was able to buy her the bed at a further reduced price, and she is having it delivered on Thursday! I am absolutely chuffed to bits with the service from all of the staff i have encountered at Dreams Derby, everyone is really friendly and helpful, and made the experience a thoroughly enjoyable one.
