The service we got was highly satisfied a lady called Tina little was so helpful and the hot chocolate was lovely

Staff informative, helpful and friendly but not over pushy. Very good people skills as most of family was there including two young children. There was drawing equipment for children to use and they were offered biscuits; a sure winner!

The assistant Ali was very helpful when we visited the store and helped us with our choice.

Offered a drink, gave advise on what to look out for and where to look. Ability to try the beds first.

I did not feel pressurised in anyway. I was given good advice and offered numerous options on various prices such as how to get a better deal by buying bed and mattress as a package.I had time to think and was not pushed in anyway to make a decision. Very comfortable with my experience.

The member of staff(Jo) who assisted me in discussing my options of bed frame and mattress was extremely helpful. She was extremely professional and friendly and fully understood that I want to look around before making a purchase. I came back to the store later that day to purchase the bed and was pleased that she supported me in makig the purchase.
