Dreams - Derby

A lady called Tina dealt with us, she was friendly, very knowledgeable and listened to what we told her with regards to our needs and budget available. Overall this lady and her male colleague were brilliant at making us feel welcome, and important . The male helped by putting the mattress which we purchased into the car and gave safety advice upon opening it out as it was vacuum packed. Both were friendly down to earth and we even got share of the malteasesrs they had.!!

The sales assistant approached as we entered the store to ask if we needed assistance and continued to help us through our time in the store.

I found the staff very polite and knowledgeable. We did not feel under any pressure at any time during our visit. Information was provided and we were given plenty of time to consider the choices. When we had decided they were efficient in processing our order and happy to run through the order to cornfirm we had made choices to suit us.

We felt we had time to look around the store without feeling pressurised. When we needed assistance a sales person was readily available and helped us in choosing our bed/mattress. the products we wanted to purchase were in stock and we are not having to wait too long for delivery, having a date and times which suits us.

Staff very helpful and friendly

The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and was able to answer the many questions we had. She was very friendly and even made us a cup of coffee. We felt we could relax and took our time trying out many of the beds. She then took our order quickly and competently.

Really fantastic assistance, very straightforward and clear without it being overwhelming. Explained what we wanted and had options within moments.

Pleasant and helpful staff

The moment we walked through the door at the Meteor Centre in Derby we was greeted by Tina and we was asked if we wanted a drink which was very impressive. Tina explained the bed prices and the colours and the types of mattresses e.g. firmness and makes. Anyway I made a selection and Tina was with other customers and Adam took over and did the ordering for me and both were a team. You have two very good employees on your books.

Katy the assistant was so very helpfull telling us the difference in mattress plus she did us a great dicount made us feel not silly when asking questions
