The assistant that helped me choose the right bed and mattress for my comfort and needs was so helpful and understanding her name was Tina and at no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase . I now look forward to sleeping in my new bed knowing that I can because of this very knowledgeable member of your staff a big THANK YOU for helping me choose the right bed

Adam the employee that approached us wasn't pushy but friendly, he gave us the space we needed to browse at our leisure and when asked his product knowledge was excellent when asked. An enjoyable visit and would recommend.

i was highly satisfied with my experience shopping at the Derby Dreams Tina was able to answer all my questions I sked about the mattresses I was given time to look round the store their were no pushy sale team following me round it was a very pleasant experience I was also made a cup off coffee . I purchased too mattresses

Sales assistant Tina was brilliant. She welcomed us into the store and gave us brief useful info about mattresses and left us to it and was really helpful when we decided we were buying. It's so refreshing not to be pressured and harassed walking into a store. We felt her customer service skills were spot on. Would recommend dreams to friends and family.

When me and my sister walked into the shop we had a walk around and within a couple of minutes a lady came over and asked if we were ok. We explained to her what I wanted and she couldn't of been more helpful, she spent time listening and then showed me which mattresses would be suitable for me. I eventually brought a Devan base, a mattress, and a headboard. Jo was such a lovely lady and couldn't do enough for me, so here is a very big thumbs up to Jo thank you.

We entered the store at Meteor Centre which was well laid out with lots of products on offer. We were able to have a leisurely look around for a good 10 minutes before being approached by a member of staff which made us feel that we were not jumped on straight away. The member of staff Adam, was very friendly and informative of the store layout and different colour coded mattresses. We were then offered a drink and was able to browse the bed frames and try out the mattresses in our own time. We left for a short time to visit Benson for beds but due to the customer service and products on offer we were soon back in Dreams for the bed and mattress that we had found and loved. Adam processed our order very efficiently, explaining the details clearly and advising us of the offers and payment plans available in a very friendly but professional manner which led us to ordering our new bed. (And matching ottoman and bedside tables). We left the store feeling that we had receive amazing service and very excited to recieve our new bed!

Absolutely fantastic service. We had so many ideas on what we thought we wanted but the assistance we received from Katy was second to none. Her knowledge was exemplary. I work in the retail trade and if I had an assistant like Katy I would be very proud to have her on my team. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return to Dreams when we furnish our daughters home. Thank you very much for making us feel welcome and not harassed into purchasing something we did not want. Well done Katy and the team.
