Staff where friendly and helpful and has a good knowledge of products available. Easy to read prices and styles available too.

As a customer I like to be able to walk into a store and be able to look around without being constantly pestered by staff just out to sell. This was absolutely the case at my Derby store and it was a very pleasant shopping experience. We were offered drinks and help was on hand when we were ready. Katy was lovely , very knowledgeable about the products not pushy , she gave us time to discuss our needs and we came away with two beds and mattresses and I can't wait for a great night's sleep. Big thumbs up to Katy and dreams Derby .

Tina at the Derby Meteor store was superb. She quickly established what we were looking for and advised us on what was available in store at the price we were looking to spend. She allowed us time to browse which is the way it should be but was available when we needed help. Tina was extremely knowledgeable about all the products we were considering and advised us extremely well. She even went to the trouble to make us both a cup of hot chocolate which was much appreciated. Her whole approach was spot on from start to finish including arranging the delivery time which suited us. I loathe shopping in big stores but this was the best experience I have had in many a long year. Please make sure Tina is given this feedback at her next performance review. She is a credit to your business. Also I would like to add that your delivery service was also first class. Adrian Turner.

Stuart greeted my wife and I upon arrival. Very pleasant but not pushy. Asked if we needed help and we did. Asked what we were looking for, understood our needs completely along with our price range then showed us some options. Encouraged us to try the beds, changing pillows to make it more comfortable. Reviewed all options, checked delivery and offered us a drink...all without being pushy. A very good experience with a very professional sales person. We completed our order with continued advice and guidance from Stuart. Not even got our bed yet but felt compelled to write this review / feedback based on the experience. We have previously visited Dreams and Benson beds but have been put off by pushy sales people. Not this time....one visit to Dreams and meeting Stuart ensured no additional trips to any other stores were required. Well done and thank you!!

Upon entry to the shop we were presented with a tidy looking store and a nice welcome from the sales assistant who also offered us a drink , he asked if we required help and answered my questions nice and clearly and showed me the selection of mattresses and then left us to decide wich i liked.. no heavy sales pitch :-) Once we'd chosen our purchase he was very helpful and made it very easy to complete our purchase without trying to upsell to much :-) Over all a very pleasent buying experience
