the salesman whom helped me was so understanding of my needs and budget and i feel like i was the only person in the store as his complete attention was on me and the bed which suited me and he did not try to sell me a bed which was not suitable or more expensive i had the utmost respect for him and dreams would go back to dreams for my next bed great store

Very helpful in discussing what we needed then finding something to match. Also, we were on a budget Jo did not try to oversell of pressure us at all yet still gave us the pros and cons for different price options.

There was plenty of choice available at the Derby store with an easily accessible layout for us to get around with a pram. All staff were very friendly, in particular Jo who spent time going through the different mattress options to ensure we made the right choice. Having been to a competitors store it was a pleasant surprise to be served by someone knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or rushing us to make a decision.

We presented a challenge of a limited buget, personal taste, storage hopes and most importantly the sleep and comfort requirments of a couple no longer in their thrities and with a young family which makes a good nights sleep a priority. We were provided the background required to make informed decision and the personal space to discuss the more intimate and personal aspects of bed seclection together. Whilst all this went on our young ones were "managed" appropriately and tolerated by the store staff who fed them from their personal stash of biscuits and juice to help pass time and also fielded the 1001 questions fired at them by young inquisitive minds. The long and short of it is we found the bed of our dreams in one visit at a price and package we could afford and all in delivered in less than a week. We felt that we were being cared for and that Dreams belived that a bed was more than just an asset, its a doorway to happy life.

The store had a large variety of products to,choose from. The assistant was friendly, helpful and attentive without being overbearing and allowing us t8me to make our decision. He offered expert knowledge without being pushy. The order was placed quickly, coffee offered and the other staff were also friendly and appeared happy in their role.

Good knowledgeable advice and the assisant didn't hover over me, but advised me first of all then left me to try the mattresses and then returned to offer further help and advice and then process the order.

Hi my mum myself an sister walk into the store and was met by Stuart what a lovely young man so mannerly and offer us a drink,show us around told us to take our looking my plan was to look at a few places but that did not happen even told him that I have found a husband in him he was so cute,any we ended buying everything that we needed in one place. That is Dreams.

Excellent service tailored to our needs

Tina explained the store layout and colour bed system clearly then left us to browse. She checked in regularly to answer any questions we had, with out any pressure.

Stuart, who assisted us provided us with various options to suit our needs. He also did what he could to provide us with a good deal at a cost we could afford.
