Both of the staff members were helpful, honest, positive and polite. I had confidence in their advice and the way in which they assisted me with my purchase. They were also friendly.

Open early in the morning (I was going to a competitor but they were closed at 9am and I had to rush to work afterwards), good quality beds, beautiful shop and relaxing atmosphere, I felt I could have a nap in the shop!!

Very helpful, ensured we understood and were happy with our purchase. felt no sales pressure.

Tina from the Derby store was great, really knowledgable and didn't come across like the pushy sales people we all dread. Tina could see that we had our baby with us and made the transaction really simple and speedy, which I really appreciated. Lovely, genuine service.

The gentleman in the Derby branch was very helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. He offered us a drink and was visible for if we had any questions whilst we were in the store.

We were given assistance when we needed it, but were not pestered by the young assistant who took our order - we were able to wander around the store looking for the type of bed/mattress best suited to our needs, and had any questions answered, without the obtrusive attention which is prevalent in many stores.

We found exactly what we were looking for very quick and sales person was able to assist with all questions when required, and most important we got a good deal.

we visited the store to look at beds, I currently have a serious back injury and Katy from the moment we arrived dealt with us in a proffesional and caring manor. She gave all the information we required and left us to make decisions. I was in accute pain but did not feal uncomfortable in Katys pressence. Making the purchase and arranging delivery was so easy.

Adam in the Meteor Centre store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained all of the various options of bases and mattresses and then gave me plenty of time to wander round and decide what was going to work best for me. Perfect. Bed was delivered today on time (well, early actually). The delivery guys were lovely and polite. All in all, very good service all round.
