Excellent value for the amount of products purchased

Was given advice on what mattress to choose and a good selection in store to try.

On arrival into the shop I was greeted very swiftly by Adam. From the get go he was extremely helpful and very very knowledgeable! But not pushy in anyway. I was given a clear explanation of the various colour coded products and he was happy to answer the various questions I had including recommending products at price points and asking for personal recommendations and advice. His knowledge was outstanding and the service and friendliness was second to none! A true credit to the company and I will strongly be recommending not only the Derbg store but Adam himself! Outstanding!

Tina was very helpful and friendly. She was sensitive to the amount of attention we wanted, coming over as we were getting confused and leaving us plenty of time to decide by ourselves. She showed us how some products worked and explained clearly the colour coding. She even gave us hot chocolate! She helped us view more products online, which gave us a wider choice and made the process quicker. She was patient over a payment delay and never lost her smile. She reassured us that she is available for any future help or queries, which is important when we are making such a big purchase.
