The staff were pleasant and not pushy. We didn't feel rushed to make a decision.

The Dreams colleague - Tina is very good at her job she was very helpful in helping me choose the right mattress, explained every thing in detail and answered all my questions.

Great customer services and knowledge of products. No pressure sale and allowed ample time to make a decision. Built a great package to include few items including insurance cover. Very pleased.

Everything was easy no sales patter was thrown at us And we were done in just 20 minutes. That’s what I call shopping !

Myself and the wife were very specific in what we wanted !! Staff were excellent in finding us the right product ... Friendly / helpful upon our 1st 2nd and 3rd time returning to ask questions and view the products, especially when I returned to purchase our chosen bed on 21/12/17 the 4 staff in store were excellent and in the festive spirit and also took the time to talk / entertain my 6 yr old son while I did the booking and paperwork with jo ... Also had him helping with jobs around the store to which he enjoyed and had fun!!
