Customer assistant acknowledged me and my husband even though they were all busy with other customers which I thought was very good. Didn’t have to wait long The sleep match configuration bed was excellent to find us the correct mattress. The assistant was also very patient whilst I tried lots of pillows too. Ordering and paying was very easy and had everything explained

we had already looked at other stores both online and in store and were delighted to find everything that we required was in this store, the young assistant was extremely helpful and understood that we needed more storage space and with her suggestions we bought the bed frames what was ideal foe our needs.

Member of staff was lovely and helpful, very approachable and didn’t spend ages talking us through options that were out of our price range, she knew exactly which ones to show us and did so really quickly and then talked us through all the pro’s of each one. Nice and swift and professional
