The experience at the Dreams store in Derby was made easier by the sales assistant who was very knowledgeable on the products, we were not rushed and she was very thorough and patient when we asked our questions. She made us feel like valued customers.

we had already looked at other stores both online and in store and were delighted to find everything that we required was in this store, the young assistant was extremely helpful and understood that we needed more storage space and with her suggestions we bought the bed frames what was ideal foe our needs.

Member of staff was lovely and helpful, very approachable and didn’t spend ages talking us through options that were out of our price range, she knew exactly which ones to show us and did so really quickly and then talked us through all the pro’s of each one. Nice and swift and professional
