The assistance received was excellent and the Dreams Colleague was very helpful and friendly.

The staff and especially Tina were very helpful and took care of all of or needs.

We were greeted not to long after we arrived. Staff member seemed friendly. He Knew we wanted to look around so gave us a brief but informative talk about what mattresses were available on show to direct us to where we mat start looking. Quick payment process and no issues. I do think staff would look and feel more comfortable in something a bit nicer than a red sale T-shirt and it would feel more professional for them, Let the POS do that job instead.

We were served by Jo at Derby store and she was excellent. She took time to understand our needs and found us the perfect bed. Jo explained everything and made the confusing buisness of choosing a new bed easy. The store was laid out well and made looking at all the options easy.

Lovely customer service, the team were really engaged with our 5 year old, who the bed was for.

Extremely efficient staff. Knowledgeable and courteous. The assistant was immediately available to help but not obtrusive or intrusive.

Choosing a bed is made difficult with the amount of choice, information, specifications and sales pricing strategy. Having visited a competitor I was very surprised how easy the assistant at Dreams made the selection and purchasing process for me. Her knowledge and friendly approach made me feel relaxed and not under pressure to buy. The whole experience was much better than I expected and was much appreciated.

There was a wide range of bed frames and mattress to choose from. The lady who served us (Jo - tall, slim, dark hair) was very knowledgable about all the different options and helped us to choose what would work best in our home. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to make the experience as smooth and easy as possible.

Very very thorough Knowledge, Staff seemed very passionate and actually seemed to get a kick out of selling and serving the customer. The colour coded and rating system made it ALOT easier for me to find the bed I wanted in next to no time, whereas other stores you have no idea what is categorised as foam, natural, combination and lose track where these items are in the store, I also thought it was very convenient to have all the natural next to the natural, foam next to the foam etc. This way I didn't need to march half way across the store, and could actually compare what they felt like next to each instantly before I forget what they felt like. Other comments: The store system was explained to me instantly as i walked in and made it very clear, What I enjoyed most was how every little detail about the bed was disclosed when i asked about the return policy, something I appreciate as I have brought a few bad ones. It was incredibly useful how they told me the beds were on springed bases and even moved the bed to a solid base to test the firmness differences, most stores wouldn't be that in depth. They also knew every material in the bed, something others stores just don't know.
