Tina was fantastic, her knowledge excelled any expectation. She was friendly and honest, extremely helpful in purchasing the right product for us. Even had the option of delivering on a date that we wanted, considering we were ordering to be delivered in Horsham. She greeted us on arrival but was not pushy for a sale, but helped when needed and was probably the cause for us purchasing without looking elsewhere for a comparable price. Would definitely recommend.

We were not pressurised in any way, when we needed more information we ask Adam your sales assistant who was able to answer all our questions on the spot.

Having searched online, I wanted to try out the mattresses and see the products and the Derby store provided the closest store for me to do this. The staff were charming, attentive, friendly, helpful with their advice and even offered me a cup of tea whilst I browsed. There was plenty of choice and a good range of products in a price range I could afford, and my bed was also on offer, so I felt I had got value for money.
